Self
Defence
My
passion for sports started when I was at school, but it wasn’t until
I discovered the Art of Tae Kwon-Do that I truly learnt for myself
what the human body was really capable of.
Through
hard work, determination and the will to win, I succeeded in becoming
the British welterweight sparring champion at the age of 18.
In
the December of 1999, I achieved my ultimate goal and became a fully
qualified instructor with the TAGB (Tae Kwon-Do Association of
Great Britain), the largest single martial arts organisation in Europe
with over 20 000 members!
On
a 121-Training basis, the sessions will consist of –
