name is Richard Rempel and I operate 121-Training, a personal training
service with 10 years experience in helping people who lack the
motivation, knowledge and will power to not only achieve, but exceed
their goals, in the setting of their own homes and environments.
At
121-Training, we specialize in fat
weight loss and
pride ourselves in helping people to realise their potential in
breaking that vicious circle of weight loss followed by weight gain.
Throughout
your time with us you will learn how to make your own informed choices
regarding your fitness and nutritional needs, thereby giving you back
total control of your life!

Q: What
should I expect at the consultation?
A: The
consultation is a chance for us to meet and for me to answer any
questions you may have about the service we provide. It is also where
I get to find out all about you and your reasons for wanting a
personal trainer.
Initial
Consultation
- It
takes between 35 minutes to an hour
- You
will complete a physical activity readiness questionnaire (PARQ).
- Discuss
your goals (what you would like to achieve).
- Discuss
your past / current activity levels
- Highlight
any injuries or illness you think may be affected by regular
exercise
- The
types of exercise you like / dislike to do
- Includes
a base line fitness assessment
At
the end of the consultation, should you wish to go ahead with the
personal training, we will discuss mutually suitable times for me to
be your personal trainer.
Payment
should either be made at this point, or on the first agreed training
session.
