Nutrition
As your personal trainer, it is my job to take
care of every aspect of your training and keep you motivated to the
end of each session.
However, I am not there to
oversee every meal and snack time, so my nutritional advice can only
go so far!
So, with this in mind, for me to be your personal
trainer, I have set out some requirements that for the first 6 weeks
you will need to stick to 100%, otherwise the hard work put into your
training will be undone by your diet
Nutritional Requirements

Never
skip breakfast

Always
have a glass of water to drink during your meal

Do
not eat after 8pm

Cut
out all processed foods, ready meals and takeaways

Cut
out salt when cooking and eating

No
chocolate, cakes, crisps or biscuits

No
alcohol or fizzy drinks
-
Actively
reduce your tea and coffee intake to 1 a day
-
Do
not overfill your plate and leave what you don’t need

Eat
your food slowly
-
Quit
smoking – If it’s something you have tried to do in the past
and been unsuccessful at, then now is the time to try again!
Remember – You’ve got to want it to achieve it
!
