Personal 121-Training Prices

Here at 121-Training, we are passionate about getting you the results you want, which is why we recommend you train with us 3 times a week!

This guarantees us being there to oversee your training and to give you the encouragement you need every step of the way!

The cost of the training fees are charged by the hour / session, usually payable in advance for a block of sessions.

Paying in advance guarantees you a set place in our diary and for possible sessions to follow.

An hours session with 121-Training = £40

Included in the price – 

• A choice of two highly qualified, experienced and insured professionals that are passionate about their job.

• A fitness and weight loss programme designed specifically for you.

• Regular, progressive programme updates to keep you on top of your goals.

• Regular fitness testing and body analysis checking.

• Progressive diet and nutritional planning to maximise your body’s metabolism, turning it into a fat burning machine.

• Regular reviews to make sure you’re happy.

• Phone, e-mail and person to person support when you really need it.

• Not to mention loads of motivation and encouragement!

When your fitness needs grow and where time allows, the 1 hour session can increase to an hour and a half at NO extra cost to you! *

*Please note that discounts and extra time are only available for clients who train with us for a minimum of two times a week, otherwise the full hourly rate applies!

Cancellation Charges

Once your payment has been made the fee is not refundable or transferable unless prior arrangements have been made.

Mobile Massage Therapy & Injury Rehabilitation Prices

I am a fully insured mobile massage therapist and I bring with me everything I need to treat you comfortably in your own home, including couch, couch covers, towelling and oils/cream.

All I need is a suitable location to set up my couch.
